Many companies have been slowing down and cutting back due of the economy. However, tough times are not stopping some new businesses from coming online, especially Lucky Penny Creamery. We are in the midst of the ‘local food movement’ from moving forward here in Northeast Ohio. Part of our story, starts with Julie Grant who more than a year ago spoke with us about our goat cheese farm. Well, she’s back despite our economic obstacles and she is here to share the latest on how we are going “all in” with our goat cheese farm.
